Gentle reminder for those who always Copy and Paste.... Let me tell you something about this laws thingy folks.

Copyright laws in Brunei is almost similar to those in other countries. The order was initiated in 1999 and came into force in May 1, 2000. The Order provides that copyright is a property right in original literary, dramatic, musical or artistic works; sound recordings, films, broadcasts or cable programs and typographical arrangement of published editions. Copyright law in Brunei

Meanwhile, Fair Use is commonly known as Fair Dealing in Brunei. It is stated in a handbook written by Jonathan Band and Jonathan Gerafi (March, 2013) entitled The Fair Use/Fair Dealing Handbook

Podcast

Here is a podcast lesson suitable for an English class in upper primary levels. The description of the activity is as follow:

Level of students         :        Year 4 students.

Age                             :        9 – 10 years old.

Lesson Unit                  :        Basic conversation.

Goals

1. The podcast can be used for listening assessment.
2. Develop speaking skill among the students.
3. Students able to converse accordingly using correct structures.

A Visit to Polynesian Cultural Center

Welcome to my blog. First of all I would like to introduce myself. As you all can see from the title of this blog, my name is Sonita Haji Udin. I am an English Language primary school teacher. My school is located in Water Village area in Brunei Muara District. I am very passionate on teaching young learners as they are cute and innocent. Another passion in my life is cooking and baking... However, the time seems limited for me to do it. Maybe I will be able to do all the activities when I retired.. Hehehehe.. I am gonna be old by then. Okay folks!
