Gentle reminder for those who always Copy and Paste.... Let me tell you something about this laws thingy folks.

Copyright laws in Brunei is almost similar to those in other countries. The order was initiated in 1999 and came into force in May 1, 2000. The Order provides that copyright is a property right in original literary, dramatic, musical or artistic works; sound recordings, films, broadcasts or cable programs and typographical arrangement of published editions. Copyright law in Brunei

Meanwhile, Fair Use is commonly known as Fair Dealing in Brunei. It is stated in a handbook written by Jonathan Band and Jonathan Gerafi (March, 2013) entitled The Fair Use/Fair Dealing Handbook
